The CULTR Committed Club: 3 Tips to Stay Committed
We know staying consistent with your fitness journey isn’t always easy, but with the right mindset and support, you can achieve anything. Here are three essential tips to help you stay committed, even on the toughest days.
1. Build a routine that works for you
Creating a routine tailored to your goals is one of the most effective ways to stay consistent. We know that between taking the kids to school, managing a business, work commitments, etc… life can get very busy. However, a well structured routine can help you stay committed.
Focus on activities that matter to you. If fitness is a priority, schedule it like any other important appointment. (Pst.. you can do that with the FIT CULTR APP). After two weeks, take a look at your routine and don’t be afraid to adjust based on your needs.
Quick Tip: Set SMART goals. A SMART goal is a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time. This will make goals more attainable.
2. Do It Tired
Let’s be real, there will be days when you’re exhausted. But here’s the secret: discipline beats motivation every time. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline keeps you moving.
Whenever I feel drained, I remember something coach Brooke always says: "Do it tired." Those simple words have carried me through countless workouts. It’s not about perfection; it’s about showing up, even when you don’t feel like it.
Need a little boost? Maybe it’s a quick snack, Diego’s divorced dad rock playlist, or some scented leaf. Whatever helps, use it, but don’t skip the workout. By pushing through even when you're tired, you build resilience and personal growth. Trust me, it’ll be a rewarding experience after finishing a killer FIT CULTR workout.
If you can stay disciplined on your hardest days, imagine what you’ll achieve when you’re at your best!
3. Focus on Progress, Not Perfection
Perfection is unattainable. What truly matters is progress. It’s easy to stay motivated when things are going well, but what happens when results don’t meet your expectations? That’s when commitment counts.
Shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. Celebrate every victory, no matter how small. Couldn’t do a plank last week, but managed one push-up on your knees today? That’s progress, and it’s worth celebrating!
Understand that progress isn’t linear. There will be ups and downs, but each step is one in the right direction. The key is to remain committed, learn from setbacks, and keep moving forward.

Test Week Is Coming…

Test Week
From July 23-26, we're turning up the intensity and putting our fitness to the test. But don't worry, Test Week isn't about competition, it’s about sharing, cheering, and championing.
So, what exactly is Test Week?
It's a 3-day period where we get a clear picture of where we're at fitness-wise. Remember, you can’t improve what you don’t measure, and that goes for fitness too.
We hold these tests twice a year, every six months. We’ve learned that fitness gains take time, so we keep testing periodically to track real progress.
About the Workouts
At FIT CULTR, we don’t do the same workout every day. Each session brings a new challenge, structured in training blocks that help build strength and boost your metabolic condition. The goal? To ensure you're ready to perform both inside and outside the gym.
What makes Test Week different?
During Test Week, you'll face three workouts, one each day. Some of these will be repeats from previous tests, so you can see how you've improved. We also try to introduce new workouts each time, broadening what fitness means for you.
It's not about being the fittest person here; it’s about understanding where you stand and setting a benchmark to improve upon.
In short, Test Week is our way of measuring progress and celebrating how far you've come.
Next time you spot Chucky around, remind yourself, Test Week is just around the corner, and it’s a great chance to push yourself!
Daniel Magana.
June - CULTR Committed CLub
At FIT CULTR, everything is Earned, not Given. Here is why we do the CULTR COMMITTED CLUB.

CULTR Committed Club
At FIT CULTR, we know the hardest part isn’t Natalie’s workouts (it’s the second hardest). The hardest part is taking that first step and showing up, especially on the days when life feels too busy or your energy is low. After all, It's earned not given.
Fewer than 50% of gym members make it in twice a week, and almost 70% drop out within a year (FitJourneyNow, 2024). We created the CULTR Committed Club (CCC) to change that. It’s about building a culture of consistency, holding yourself to a higher standard, and earning something that represents your commitment.
But let’s be clear, the CCC isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, discipline, and proving to yourself that you can stick with it, especially when it’s hard.
What the CULTR Committed Club Represents
The CULTR Committed Club isn’t just a sticker. It’s a badge of honor that shows your hard work and dedication to your fitness journey. Our community is full of people with busy lives: nurses, moms, nail techs, admin workers, hairstylists, and more. It’s easy to say "I'm taking today off”. But showing up consistently, even when motivation is low, is what sets you apart.
Discipline is what creates results. Every time you walk through our doors, you’re investing in yourself and building momentum that will carry you closer to your goals.
What It Means to Us
As coaches and staff, we don’t take your commitment lightly. It’s our job to create an environment where you’re challenged, supported, and encouraged to keep moving forward (even when the workout has a million burpees). We see the effort you put in, and that drives us to show up and give you our best coaching every single day.
How to Earn Your Spot in the CULTR Committed Club
Check in 14 times in one month
Focus on progress, not perfection
Prioritize discipline over motivation
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.
Are You Ready to Commit?
We know life happens. There will be days when showing up feels tough. But those are the days that matter most. Which side of the 50% will you be on? Remember, Its earned not given. At FIT CULTR, we see your progress and your effort. And we’re here to help you keep moving forward, one workout at a time.
Congrats June members of the CULTR Committed Club!
